Mission Alignment
- All projects and initiatives must contribute directly or indirectly to the mission of empowering adults, youths, children, and communities through sustainable agriculture, education, health, and infrastructure development.
- Regular assessments should be conducted to ensure that ongoing activities remain aligned with SYCADI's mission and vision.
Transparency
- Financial records should be meticulously maintained and made accessible to relevant stakeholders upon request.
- Project progress, challenges, and outcomes should be communicated openly and regularly through reports, newsletters, and meetings.
- Decisions regarding resource allocation, project selection, and partnerships should be documented and justified.
Ethical Conduct
